Great book
I had a marketing plan set up that worked after spending about three hours reading this book. It works ! It explains the nuts and bolts of marketing, without all the typical sales fluff and self-promotion. No fish or moved cheese here, just nuts and bolts marketing.
Puts discipline to your ideas
As a former marketer there were not many new ideas in this book for what to do to garner new business. While it is always helpful to have reminders for building one's practice, the real value of this book comes from its process for actually putting the ideas into practice. The book offers a process, a discipline for making things happen. A welcome addition to my library.
