This Month - Supervision

The Coaching Roundtable - made up of the four major coaching associations in the UK -  The International Coach Federation (ICF), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), The Assocation for Coaching (AoC) and the Association of Professional, Executive, Coaching and Supervision (Apecs) - are set to develop a shared coach supervision policy to be published by the end of the year. 

But what is supervision and how can it assist individual coaches and inform the development of coaching as a profession?

This month, our contributors -  Fiona Adamson, Peter Hawkins, Alison Hodge, Karen Izod and Edna Murdoch - share their thoughts and views on supervision.  You'll also find some more articles on supervision in our resources centre in the Resources for Coaches area.
