Evaluating Coaching
Kirkpatrick’s four level model is now considered as an industry standard in training and personal development. His ideas, originally published in 1959 in the US Training and Development Journal, were included in Evaluating Training Programs (1975) and later updated in Evaluating TrainingPrograms: The Four Levels(1998).
A short exercise designed to identify the value of your coaching, its impact and the specific gains and growth which you wish to celebrate. It is also an opportunity to give your coach some feedback.
