Scaling
Your client may commit to action by saying yes ... but is this a true commitment? Here is a scaling tool to help you and your client get clear on what yes really means for them.
Scaling can be used in several ways in coaching. Some examples include: getting a measure of the commitment of your client to action, getting a sense of preferred options for action, getting a sense of your client's perspective on where they are now and how far they perceive they have to travel to achieve their goals, getting a starting point from which to identify a next step.
