What can I do with your resources?

• You can add your logo, contact details and name to our resources
• You can use the resources with your clients - to deliver workshops, coaching sessions, seminars and as homework
• You can keep the resources and copy them to use with your clients  

What can't I do?

• Sell our resources in any form - either part or whole
• Publish the resources on your website or blog
• Give away our products for the purposes of marketing your business (except for our gift certificates which you can use for promotional purposes)
• State or imply that you are the author of the resources
• If you are under 18 years of age you will only use these resources with the supervision of a parent or guardian or other responsible person who is at least 18 years of age
• You cannot give your clients the rights to use these resources in their business or coaching (if they are coaches).

What am I agreeing to when taking out a membership or buying these resources?

• That these resources are protected by copyright laws and remain the property of Coaches Plus
• That the resources are not intended as a source of advice or professional service
• That you use the resources at your own risk
• That you are relevantly qualified or informed to use the resources
• That you will abide by all the terms and conditions listed above

If you breach any of the conditions then you may not use the resources

Finally ...

• We do not accept or undertake any liability to you in connection with the products and your subsequent use thereof.
• You agree that any liability we may be found to have is limited to the cost of the resource or membership you have bought.
• You agree to indemnify us in respect of any cost, liability, expense, claim or loss which we may suffer as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions by you or anyone for whom you are responsible.
