Facilitated Coaching PracticeWould you like to practice and apply your coaching skills in a safe and supportive environment, hear others coach, get feedback on your skills and a range of different approaches?
Join us for 4 ½ hours of highly participative and practical coaching practice via teleclass. You will be part of a small group (with a maximum of 4 participants) to ensure that you get individual practice and feedback.
Each of the three sessions will last 90 minutes and will introduce a key coaching competency, involve practical coaching and feedback and give examples of coaching techniques and strategies.
If you have coach training that is not in line with the ICF core competencies, successfully completing this programme will enable you to take part in our Peer Coaching programme.
When you enrol you will be provided with a call in number for your country - so you do not need to make an international call.

What people say about this programme:
“Participating in Facilitated Coaching Practice was a great opportunity to extend and develop some of the skills that I had learnt on earlier coaching programmes. The open and honest way that all the participants shared their personal experiences and the thought provoking feedback and insights from a knowledgeable and highly engaging tutor made the programme a truly effective learning experience. Facilitated Coaching has helped me to understand the direction that I wish to take with my career in Coaching and has also helped me to recognise my strengths and areas that I need to continue to work on.“Specifically, we will explore the following ICF core competencies:
2 Establishing the Coaching Agreement
5 Active Listening
6 Powerful Questioning
