It is not easy to say, who I’m really AM.
Few years ago I finished Law Study at Warsaw University and started work at bank.
Then I finished postgraduate psychology and negotiation study.
Additionally I finished CoachWise Essentials and CoachWise Equipped Programs ( both with ICF accreditation).
My professional experience focused at finance area. Since 12 Year I’m at high and very high positions at international financial firm, basically at banks.
Now, after years of experience with work at director position, I find , that most important and difficulty to achieve is to find our own life-way. To realize, what is important for You and go for it.
So I discovered coaching, which for me means the best solution to help people and make them happy. Because I know from my own experience what does it mean to be a Boss, I focused at this group of Customers.
At private life I’m a Mother and Wife, so I can understand, how difficulty is to find balance between private and professional life.
