Terry received his BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Rice University in 1986 and an MA in Organizational Design and Effectiveness in 2000 from the Fielding Graduate University. Terry earned the Fielding Certificate in Integral Studies in 2008 and the Evidence Based Coaching Graduate Certificate in 2009. He is also currently a PhD student at Fielding studying Human and Organizational Systems.
