His skills as a coach allow him to create an environment where people look deep within themselves at their patterns of behaviour and self limiting beliefs, whilst all the time encouraging a focus on the BIG topics in their life where they want to see progress and bring about lasting change.

As Director of ID Coaching Ltd, Simon works with individuals and teams to bring about meaningful change at home and at work. He specialises (though not exclusively) in working within the legal profession, working with lawyers and their clients and pioneering leadership development within UK law firms.
Simon graduated from UCW Swansea with a BA in Spanish Literature. In addition, he has earned the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach designation from the prestigious Coaches Training Institute and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. He is a member of The Leadership Circle – providing transformative leadership development opportunities for his clients. His training courses for lawyers are accredited by Resolution, the UK family lawyers association, of which he is an Affiliate Member.
He previously held senior management positions with Norwich Union Direct, Swinton and O2.
